ISO part-time project manager to oversee grant and contractor/s for the preservation of an iconic building in Dupont Circle. Expertise in federal grants and management of preservation projects. Strong project management and communicaton skills. Experience with historic building projects, ideally in areas such as Dupont Circle or similar historic districts. Available ASAP.
