National Children’s Museum is a world-class institution dedicated to sparking children’s imaginations and encouraging them to dream big. Located steps off the National Mall and Pennsylvania Avenue, National Children’s Museum celebrates the joy of childhood through playful science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) exhibits and programs. The Project Coordinator will help realize this vision for hundreds of thousands of in-person and virtual visitors who engage with the Museum each year.
As Project Coordinator, reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be a critical member of the team. You will work for the Office of the President and CEO in an administrative capacity and provide project support as needed for Museum advancement, external affairs, operations, exhibits, and education. You will support the President + CEO and Chief of Staff in efforts that ensure swift institutional growth and overall success and will also coordinate various projects for Leadership Team members.
Full-time, 40 hours/week position from Monday - Friday. Must be available to work at least four days per week in person. Participation in special events, evenings, and holidays will at times, be necessary.
