The Office Associate will support the day-to-day operations, facilities, and administration at the Washington, DC office and within the organization. The Office Associate provides office and legal support under the Senior Manager of Real Estate and Workplace Operations. In this role, the position is also responsible for front desk/reception, visitation services, Teams Telephony, and OfficeSpace administration for 106-person Washington, DC office and, visiting Earthjustice staff, and providing event & meeting support. There is also a dotted line to the Director of Real Estate and Workplace Strategy, where the person will provide direct administrative approval. The role is essential in providing an efficiently operated office that meets the workplace needs of the staff. The Office Associate will report to the Senior Manager of Real Estate and Workplace Operations, managing the DC office. The role will collaborate with all the organization’s Office Associates, as needed, on comprehensive organizational, special projects. This position is located in Washington, DC.
