JOB ALERT | Full-Time Receptionist - $15 to $17/hour

The primary responsibility of the receptionist is to ensure that the front desk runs efficiently throughout the day. The receptionist must maintain a professional and organized environment.  This role serves as the central point of contact for partners, guests, and staff.  She/he is responsible for the efficient, prompt handling of incoming phone calls, mail, and deliveries. In addition to interacting professionally and cooperatively with TFCC partners, staff, and individuals outside the Organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers all incoming phone calls from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

  • Maintain the TFCC master calendar to ensure scheduling is properly recorded.

  • Greet visitors and monitor the reception area to ensure the security of the office.

  • Understand TFCC’s organizational chart to efficiently route calls and email queries, including regular contact with Executive Director and Executive Assistant.

  • Serves as a point of contact for the property management service-related work order submissions and office emergencies.

  • Serve as a backup administrator to help facilitate the needs of the business.

  • Execute other duties as assigned.
