The Public Health Foundation (PHF), a national, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the public's health by strengthening the quality and performance of public health practice, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with business operations and human resources.

 PHF has recently undergone significant growth requiring additional capacity in PHF’s Business Operations Unit as we restructure existing roles to provide greater capacity to support the organization. The Administrative Assistant role has been staffed by an outstanding employee who has too many responsibilities and will be moving full-time to the finance team. The current Administrative Assistant will be available to train you. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting human resources and business operations activities. This role reports to the COO.
