First, I am really glad that there is such an interest in the real estate listings shared on CHotR, especially the rental listings. Shortly after I began my own rental search I realized this was something that was missing from this site so know I share at least one rental listing and one “For Sale” listing each day,

That said, I am noticing that interested renters/buyers are leaving comments on the real estate posts asking how to get in contact with the landlord/seller or leaving their phone number for the landlord/seller to get in contact with them.

If you are interested in a listing click the “Learn More” button at the bottom of the listing (it’s right below the description of the listing) and that will take you directly to the original post on the website where I find it. From there you should be able to contact the landlord/lister to express interest in the post.
