A nice furnished room will be available on December 15, 2019. The room is in a 3-bedroom and 1-bathroom apartment.

The apartment is in a convenient location, only 4 blocks from the Congress Height metro, and 1 block from the Giant grocery store. Several restaurants (IHOP, Chipotle, Subway, etc) are about a block away.

The roommates are two male professionals working in downtown DC.

The rent is $635 per month. If you lease is shorter than 4 months, the monthly rent will be $645 per month. Our rent includes utilities of water, gas, electricity and WIFI.

No pets, no smoking.
