It is also very close to the St. Elizabeth Hospital and may be ideal for a rotation doctor/physician. The roommates are two guys. One works for Department of Transportation, and the other a graduate student in George Washington University. Rent is $700 per month, that includes utilities of water, gas, electricity and WIFI. Laundry is in the basement. No pets, no smoking.
