Position: Residential Contractor
Location: FAIR Girls Residential Vida Home, Washington, DC
Pay: $20/hour

Residential Contractors are responsible for the daily or nightly backup support of the operational success of the FAIR Girls Vida Home for young adult female survivors of human trafficking residing in the Vida Home. Residential Contractors support the needs and supervise up to six Survivor Residents in the Vida Home. Residential Contractors ensure all Vida Home policies and protocols are followed and that the apartment remains well maintained, secure, and stocked with necessary food and other supplies. 

Residential Contractors work evenings and weekend hours, as needed on an on-call basis. Evening hours include 9PM to 9AM and weekend hours include shifts from 9AM to 3PM, 3PM to 9PM, and 9PM to 9AM. Schedules are set each quarter and are based on the coverage need at the home.
