Qualifications

• Personal qualities of integrity and commitment to the mission of the Co-op

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 

• 1 year of experience in social media distribution and analysis, digital asset and content production, and communications data analysis required;

• Familiarity and experience with design and social media management tools including Wordpress, Canva, Constant Contact, and Hootsuite;

• Experience adding and optimizing website content including use of Wordpress, Google Analytics and SEO platforms

• Strong ability to match brand tone, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills;

• Multi-media production skills, including familiarity with video and sound editing ideal;

• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people;

• Interest in education; prior experience in special education a plus.
