The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 50-year-old Theresa Harris-Hines, who was last seen in the 1600 block of 17th Street, NW, on Monday, August 2, 2021.

The incident was reported on  August 8, 2021. Theresa Harris-Hines is described as a black female, 5’2” tall, 118 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing description is unknown.
