The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Jessica Clark, who was last seen in the 3600 block of Ely Place, Southeast, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.  

Jessica Clark is described as a black female, 5’7” tall, 115 pounds, with black hair in a ponytail and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red hoodie, and white and black adidas shoes.
