The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Dartanian Owens who was last seen in the 100 block of 50th Street, Northeast on January 13, 2022.

This incident was reported on January 14, 2022.

Dartanian Owens is described as a black male, medium complexion, brown eyes, 6’1” in height, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. His clothing description is unknown. He was last seen carrying two black bags.
