About the room: It’s a studio basement room with a living area, sleeping area, a private bathroom, and separate entrance. Located in the heart of Bellevue, one of DC’s up and coming neighborhoods. Bellevue is a neighborhood in far southeast and southwest in Washington, D.C. It is minutes from 295 highway and an 8 minute drive to the national harbor area. Our home’s location is best suited for individuals with easy access to a car, but there are public transportation options within close proximity including a bus stop within a 3 minute walk distance. You will have access to the kitchen, living area and outdoor space on the first floor. We do have a small dog who spends a lot of time in her crate and in the outside backyard. About us: we are a fun loving and hard working same sex couple in our late 20s and early 30s. We both work from home full time so we will be spending lots of time in our home. We rarely have visitors over, but are interested in hosting more gatherings to build community. We enjoy politics, education, racial justice and business and social entrepreneurship.
