The Advoc8te's association has been using Goode Companies for trash and recycling  but we've encountered a lot of issues with missed waste and trash pickups, billing for services not rendered and being unresponsive once issues have been raised via email. It's been nearly a month and I can't seem to get anyone at Goode Companies to handle the situation.  And now we've gotten a fine from the city because of these missed pickups. I reached out last week to Goode's Vice President of Operations and asked him to get back to me by Monday COB and guess what? No response.

So, I was wondering if anyone else was having an issue with Goode Companies either their waste or recycling services and if so what? Do you live in Southeast? Your info would be super helpful.
