You may have seen the adorable Westray’s Finest Ice Cream truck around the city serving refreshing new flavors like Honey Buttermilk and Strawberry, Matcha, or Espresso ice cream made with coffee from local coffee roaster, Qualia.

Sol Schott, our friend from Acme Pie Co., is a seasoned pastry chef who worked in some of DC's finest restaurants before starting his own business. Sol is all about the pie, staying true to America’s nostalgic “homey food” – nothing’s more classic than a warm slice of pie topped with an obnoxious scoop of ice cream on top! Sol's mouth-watering pies are a NÜRISH favorite, with flavors such as Scottish Apple Pie with Whiskey Plumped Raisins or the more traditional Pecan Pie with Maple and rich, Belgium Chocolate. We are more than excited to indulge in Westray’s delicious ice cream accompanied by Sol’s pies with new friends of NÜRISH!
