If you have ever driven down Malcolm X Avenue SE toward 295 you probably know there is a speed trap. An officer in a marked cruiser is usually
hiding
located behind a truck or a tractor trailer, automated camera at the ready.
Well, it seems like someone decided to offer an opinion on that particular speed trap...
Why I don't encourage the vandalism of public space I do have to give the writer points for their nerve --- and really good penmanship. ;)
