James Bunn, longtime Ward 8 community advocate has passed away
I just got word from several sources that Mr. Bunn passed away this morning. I will share more information as soon as I have it. Mr. Bunn was very involved in Congress Heights and Ward 8 as the Executive Director of the Ward 8 Business Council and Chairman of Congress Heights Main Streets.
Our thoughts and prayers go to Mr. Bunn's family and loved ones at this very sad time.

Update: Just found this You Tube video of Mr. Bunn at a Ward 8 community event in 2010. I thought it was very fitting.
