Things are going along swimmingly at what will soon be the Anacostia Arts Center at 1231 Good Hope Rd SE. Most of the demolition is complete and the new wood floors are going in what will become a major creative hub east of the river.  When complete, this place is going to be sweet! It's right on Anacostia's main street and is located right above The HIVE 2.0.

ARCH Development Corporation is currently accepting lease proposals for the commercial studios and is looking for an established operator for the coffeeshop and cafe.
