Leo Alexander will serve as Campaign Chairperson, not manager. I am meeting with Vicki Wilcher to work out a contract with her to serve as campaign manager. My treasurer is a retired police officer, who wants to stay in the background. By background, he will file the reports and other duties related to being a treasurer, but he will not actually be on the scene while the campaign is going on.
