The Facilitator:    Jacklyn Morgan is an ANTI-RACISM CONSULTANT (Focus- Internalized Oppression and White Privilege).  She has been studying ‘the African American circumstance’ officially since the mid- 1980’s after being introduced to Ancient Africa history by Anthony Browder and related topics by Asa Hilliard, C. Diop, John H Clarke, N. Akbar, Peter Bell, Amos Wilson, Frances Welsing, Edward Nichols, and many other scholars.  The focus for  her Masters in Counseling was Afro-centric Counseling under the guidance of Dr. Roosevelt Johnson at the University of the District of Columbia. It was while studying for her Masters in Counseling that Sister Morgan began to concentrate her studies on the deleterious effects of racism and how they could be countered.  It has been since, 2010, that she has been studying internalized superiority and white privilege.
