Hi Guys,

At our meeting on last Thursday evening, the Director of DPW urged us to select a date for the clean up from MLK/ Good Hope Road to Anacostia Park. We selected Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 9:00am. DPW will deliver the tools for the clean up to DHCD on Friday evening.

Can each of you please serve as the recruitment team to inform your neighbors and solicit volunteers for our clean up? Can you each send a notice to your list serves?

Also, please confirm your availability to participate in the clean up by responding to this email.
