I have attached information on the Home Purchase Assistance program for first time homebuyer residents to purchase in the District of Columbia.  This information includes the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2.  Specifically to Anacostia and other targeted areas of the city as noted, this program is available to eligible residents of the District to purchase in the targeted census tract numbers and receive up to $77,000 in home purchase and closing cost assistance.  There are other purchase assistance funds through the Home Purchase Assistance Program up to $44,000 to eligible residents to purchase in Anacostia and throughout the city.
