We are launching the Wards 7 & 8 Young Marines unit at JBAB in SEP – It will be a “cool” version of the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and more!

 

We are looking to take in approx. 200 youth to participate.

 

Another feature is we will be starting a Drum & Bugle Corps, bringing that kind of music and program back to DC after some 3 or 4 decades of being gone.

The site has info on what the unit will do and the kinds of activities the youth will enjoy.

 

We are in need of adult volunteers to work with me to make this unit work (we need 1 male and 1 female for every 10 youth in the unit).
