The
Washington Humane Society
is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the shooting of a dog.
A tan, female dog was shot early Thursday in the 3100 block of Buena Vista Terrace in southeast D.C. She suffered multiple injuries to both of her right legs.
The Humane Society is asking for the community's help finding the shooter.
