Two processes, one goal.
The District Department of Transportation (DDOT) and the Office of Planning (DCOP) are jointly sponsoring a series of public meetings for St. Elizabeths East Campus.
This first joint meeting is for:

1. DCOP Master Plan
In 2008, the District worked with the community to develop a framework plan for the East Campus. DCOP now needs your input on the location of the first phase of the development and associated land uses. In this meeting you can provide your input on the creation of the Master plan and the elements necessary for making the East Campus a good neighbor and thriving part of the community.

2. DDOT Environmental Assessment (EA)
Public Scoping for transportation network improvements in East Campus. DDOT and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are preparing an EA pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act and the Sec 106 evaluation pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act for the proposed improvements to the transportation network in cooperation with GSA and DHS.

We want to hear from you!
What should we study? What are the issues and opportunities?
