ARCH Training Center in Anacostia  is offering a 15-week Customer Service and Leadership Development course for  students 18 - 24 with a High School Diploma or GED, not currently in school or a DOES training program. If accepted, students will receive $5/hr stipend for classroom time (approximately 20 hours a week). Class starts Monday, March 7, 2011.

At the completion of the course students will take the National Retail Federation Customer Service exam. Those who pass will receive an NRF certification in Customer Service.

To enroll please contact Ms. Taylor at the ARCH Training Center ASAP.  Pre-enrollment testing is mandatory and is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays. Prospective students must bring a valid DC ID. Classes to be held at The ARCH Training Center, 1227 Good Hope Rd, SE in Anacostia.
