Urban Turf just posted an article on the HGTV taping of David Garber's renovation. Unlike The Advoc8te who was actaully there for the taping Urban Turf has pictures of the house now that it has been staged. Pardon me while I hijack them so I can drool over the awesomeness that is this house.
Man, I love me some Congress Heights but if The Advoc8te was in the market right now to buy a single family house this would be it - hands down. I would still blog about CH - while living in Anacostia lol. I love this house and the price is more than just right. The Historic Anacostia neighborhood is poised to blow up big. This house is a steal at $289,900.
