CALL TO ARTISTS:

Honfleur Gallery and The Gallery at Vivid Solutions presents its Fourth Annual East of the River exhibition, highlighting the creative minds of Wards 7 and 8. Artists living, working or personally invested in the areas East of the Anacostia River may submit up to 10 images for review by the panel of judges (Mark Silva, Lance Wiggs and Sherry Ways). Emerging*, Mid Career and Established Artists all are encouraged to apply. EOR will be shown at both Honfleur Gallery and The Gallery at Vivid Solutions.

The East of the River Group Exhibition is made possible by support from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Exhibition Opening Reception: July 30, 2009 @ 7pm

*The Portfolio Workshop: This workshop is strongly recommended for emerging artists who wish to apply for this exhibition. You MUST register in advance for the workshop. Professional local photographers will assist EOR artists in fine tuning their portfolio and taking professional quality digital images of their work. Cost is $25.
