The Advoc8te, blogger for Congress Heights on the Rise ( http://www.congressheightsontherise.com/ ) is expanding her empire and is in search of a creative, driven, timely, focused, thinks-outside-of-the box web designer for a top-secret project. The Advoc8te is a freelancer after all, so I am looking for some flexibility on rates (preferably some type of barter system initially, your services for free advertising). There is a great potential for a long-term business partnership that can lead to lots (and I mean lots) of future business opportunities. This will be a highly visible project once completed with many opportunities for future work.
