"Since many Commissioners were out of town for the holidays, and snow storm canceled the Dec. 18 Exec. Board Meeting. Everything has been pushed back a week to make sure Jan. Public Meeting goes according to schedule.


We are scheduled to have an Executive Board Meeting on Friday Jan. 9th 2010.

It is my hope we will accomplish the following

I need the Chair to sign the 4th Quarterly 2009 Quarterly Report that was approved at our December Meeting. (Commissioner Cutberth was at the meeting but walked out without signing the report)
   All Commissioners to sign our official response to the Auditors Comments of ANC 8C

   This response was drafted by myself Treasurer William Ellis, and all Commissioners have seen this response. The Auditor's Office would like to have this response by the end of the Month

   Commissioner to review the 2010 Budget

   This Budget discussion is being continued from the Dec. 2009 Public Meeting

   Commissioner to approve a schedule for the 2010 Meetings


We are scheduled to have our January Public Meeting on Wednesday Jan. 13th 2010."
