Good Morning Neighbors,
Today starts the impromptu Buy Ward 7 and 8 Challenge. For the entire month of July, try to ONLY spend your hard earned dollars in Ward 7 and 8. As one resident suggested, if you can't find the brands that you need, don't be afraid to contact the store manager/owner and request what you need. Please keep track of how much you spent for the month.
Someone emailed me suggesting that the participants meet in early August to talk about the challenge, so stay tuned for more information on that. (To get you started check out the business listings at
