SAT, MAY 9TH CONGRESS HEIGHTS PARADE AND FESTIVAL!
Parade begins at 11am Saturday, May 9th at Malcolm X Elementary School and ends at the old Congress Heights High School where the festivities will be held. There will be games, entertainment,music and food. Fun for the entire family!
VOLUNTEERS WANTED!
If you, or anyone you know is in need of community service hours or would like to volunteer time and service to a community effort please refer them to me. The UPO-Community Engagement Unit is partnering with the Congress Heights Community Association in the planning of the Annual Congress Heights Parade & Festival.
We are in need of individuals to volunteer for the day of the event, as well as ASAP to assist with the last minute preparations. Please let me know.
