Response after a resident asked why she was taking photographs of her during the ANC meeting. ***Throughout the ANC meeting Commissioner Cuthbert continously photographed (with her very loud camera phone) residents she had previously insulted/harrassed in prior meetings. That "Oakwood St group" as she calls them)
