Maybe if this Congress Heights movement catches on we can stop being confused for Anacostia! LOL. Everytime I tell someone who doesn't live in River East that I live in Congress Heights they either look puzzled ("is that near Columbia Heights?") or think it's some part of Anacostia. :(
