Congress Heights On The Rise is a firm believer that children are the key to a successful future and that there is no better perspective on a community than the perspective of it's youth.
CHOTR is seeking articles, school announcements, editorials, poetry, short stories, art, etc from not only Congress Heights young people but Ward 8 young people in general to post on this blog.
We in the community want to hear from YOU, our young people. You are our most treasured resource and we want to hear what you have to say.
