Student Needs Help re: Washington Highlands
This was posted on the 7D list serve yesterday. It would be wonderful if someone could help this student out. Please see below:
Hi! My name is Tracy Schwartz and I am student this semester at American University. One of the assignments that I have this semester is to pick a community in Washington D.C. and figure out what makes it so great. I have chosen to write about the Washington Highland neighborhood in the part of the 706 area. It is the area surrounded by Oxon Run Park and the Southern Avenue.
I am looking for any kind of help that anyone can offer me. If anyone is from the neighborhood, I would love to meet with you and talk about the area. If anyone knows anything about the area (present, past or future), I would love to talk to you also. If you just want to talk, I would also be happy to listen to that too!
